When it comes to durability in paint the main goal is to keep your client's walls looking good for longer. Now depending on the environment of the paint job there are three key attributes to consider when selecting a durable paint. One is Stain Resistance, one is Scuff Resistance and the other is Scrubability. Dulux Trade are glad to report that the new Dulux Trade Scuffshield Matt has all three!
SO WHAT IS DULUX TRADE SCUFFSHIELD?
Dulux Trade Scuffshield Matt has ultimate scuff technology which prevents scuffs and marring. It is a scrubbable matt emulsion and is available in the full Dulux Colour Range on the Dulux Fandeck. It dries in approximately 1 hour and can be recoated after 4-6 hours.

The new unique Scuff Resistant Technology in Dulux Trade Scuffshield is designed to protect walls against scuff marks being left behind from items such as shoes and bags, making it perfect for use in high traffic environments. At a microscopic level the surface of the newly developed Dulux Trade Scuffshield is much smoother, reducing the impact of plastic and rubber materials on the paint surface, and thus reducing scuff marks.
